Amanda Cooper, President
Driven by a passion for precision and a sharp eye for detail, Amanda founded Southern Charm Pressure Washing, after years spent working in the legal field specializing in construction mediation practices. During her time, she witnessed firsthand how simple oversights—like improper site maintenance and cleanliness—could escalate into costly legal battles and project delays.
Determined to bridge the gap between job site upkeep and long-term project success, Amanda launched Southern Charm PW with a mission: to deliver professional, reliable, and compliance-focused exterior washing services that not only keep properties spotless but also protect contractors, developers, and property managers from avoidable risks.
As both president and hands-on business owner, she leads with the same diligence and accountability that defined her legal career. Under her leadership, the company has quickly earned a reputation for excellence, transparency, and a deep understanding of the unique demands of the construction, commercial, and residential property industries.
When she's not building her business or overseeing operations, Amanda advocates for women in trades and entrepreneurship, often mentoring others who are stepping into non-traditional career paths with big visions.
Jeremiah Davis, Sr. Technician
A South Georgia native with a strong work ethic and a knack for the outdoors, Jeremiah Davis brings years of hands-on experience and leadership to his role as Senior Technician at Southern Charm Pressure Washing, Inc. Before joining the team, Jeremiah managed hunting plantations across Georgia, where attention to detail, equipment knowledge, and a deep respect for the land were part of daily life.
His journey took an unexpected turn after a chance encounter at a red light in Georgia, where he met Amanda—and the rest, as they say, is history. Relocating to Florida soon after, Jeremiah found a new calling in the pressure washing industry, where his mechanical skills, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to doing the job right the first time made him a natural fit.
Today, Jeremiah leads with quiet confidence, bringing grit, integrity, and a no-nonsense approach to every job site. Whether he's tackling tough stains or training new team members, his goal is always the same: leave things better than he found them.
