Making the Sunshine State a little brighter.

Why Choose Southern Charm?
Details Matter
As a local Florida company, we have the knowledge and experience to effectively clean multiple types of structures that are unique to the Sunshine State. With the Florida elements and numerous structure types, the individual detail of every client is taken into consideration. We are experienced in:
exterior wash of all surface types: stucco, dryvit, brick, hardie board, vinyl, coquina
soft/pressure wash: fence, pool, patio, wood deck, screened enclosures
surface wash sidewalk and driveway including pavers (sealing at an additional costs)
Consistent and Fair Pricing
To ensure consistency in pricing, the owner reviews and approves all free estimates. Estimates are provided same day as request and consist of an itemized scope of work. The main pricing factors are based on the structure type, square footage, and length of time to complete the service.
“As a woman-owned business, it is important to me that our clients receive a fair price regardless of who schedules the appointment or what neighborhood the structure is in.”
-Amanda Cooper, Owner
And of course, Southern charm
To us, Southern charm isn’t defined by the drawl in your accent or sweetness of your tea but is reflected in our work ethic and how we treat people. Because of this belief, internal training goes beyond pressure washing with a focus on mindfulness and character.
Our hope is to leave you and your structure brighter than we found you!
